Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "sag55," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the sag55 platform, its operating entity, and its duly authorized representatives.
• "Platform" — refers to the sag55 website accessible at https://sag55.cam, including all pages, features, products, and services offered therein.
• "Member," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a sag55 account and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" — refers to the unique registered account held by a Member on the Platform.
• "Wallet" — refers to the internal balance held within a Member's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Wager" / "Bet" — refers to any real-money stake placed by a Member on any game, market, or event available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by sag55 to Members, subject to individual bonus terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, comprising identity and address documentation required to authenticate a Member's identity.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — any action described in Clause 7 of these Terms as being forbidden on the Platform.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond sag55's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruption, or cyberattacks.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the sag55 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether administered by sag55 or by a recognized responsible gaming organization.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, including as an agent, nominee, or proxy.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or close family member of an employee of sag55 or any of its affiliated entities.

sag55 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one Account on the sag55 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, sag55 reserves the right to merge or close them, forfeit associated bonuses, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP) or passport
• Date of birth
• Valid Indonesian mobile number
• Valid email address
• Bank account details for the account you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. sag55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

sag55 reserves the right to carry out enhanced KYC verification at any time. Members may be required to submit a copy of their national identity card (KTP or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months), and a selfie holding the submitted identity document.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the sag55 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). sag55 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

Accepted Deposit and Withdrawal Channels:

• Indonesian bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits: Deposits are credited to a Member's Wallet upon confirmed receipt by sag55's payment processor. Minimum deposit amounts are set by sag55 and may vary by payment channel. sag55 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's account must have passed all applicable KYC verification requirements prior to the first withdrawal.
• The bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawal must be registered in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published on the Platform.
• sag55 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 3 minutes for bank transfers and e-wallets; however, sag55 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by banking or e-wallet infrastructure.
• sag55 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraud or Prohibited Conduct.

Bonuses & Promotions

sag55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×20). Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are published for each promotion. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) and certain live casino games may carry reduced contribution rates.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if not claimed or if wagering requirements are not met within the published time period. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Member: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Member, household, device, or IP address.
• Abuse: sag55 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds, cancel winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, automated wagering, or coordinated multi-account activity — is detected.
• Modification: sag55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the sag55 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules:

• A wager is confirmed only upon receipt of an on-screen confirmation message or bet slip reference number. sag55 is not liable for bets that failed to register due to connectivity issues on the Member's end.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a wager. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• sag55 reserves the right to void any wager where: (a) a manifest pricing error has occurred; (b) a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered; (c) there is evidence that the result of an event has been influenced by corrupt activity.
• Mix parlay (also known as accumulator betting) wagers are subject to additional terms. A void selection within a mix parlay leg does not automatically void the entire slip — the void selection is removed and the remaining legs are settled as a reduced accumulator.
• Maximum payout limits apply per wager and per settlement period. These limits are published on the relevant game or market page.
• For togel markets, draw results are determined by the official results published by the respective lottery authority (Singapore Pools, HK Jockey Club, or equivalent). sag55 publishes results as soon as officially confirmed but is not responsible for delays in official announcements.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The integrity of the sag55 Platform depends on every Member adhering to fair play standards. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place wagers or interact with the Platform
• Collusion with other Members, agents, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, display malfunctions, or pricing anomalies — Members are obligated to report such issues immediately to support
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the Platform for any financial crime
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC
• Attempting to access another Member's Account or the Platform's back-end systems without authorization
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or causes harm to other Members

Intellectual Property

All content on the sag55 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of sag55 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written consent from sag55
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on any Platform software or content
• Using any data mining, scraping, or similar data-gathering tools on the Platform
• Framing or mirroring any portion of the Platform on any other website or application

Any unauthorized use of sag55's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings. The sag55 name, logo, and associated brand marks are registered trademarks of sag55's operating entity. Nothing in these Terms grants Members any rights in respect of those trademarks.

Privacy & Data

sag55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Data Collection: sag55 collects personal data necessary for account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and customer support.
• Data Retention: Member data is retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a minimum period thereafter as required by applicable regulatory obligations.
• Data Sharing: sag55 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory authorities where legally required.
• Security: All data transmitted between the Member's device and sag55 servers is protected by 256-bit TLS encryption. Internal systems apply role-based access controls to limit data exposure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sag55 shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory
• Any losses arising from the Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials
• Any service interruption, delay, or error caused by Force Majeure events, including acts of God, government actions, third-party infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks beyond sag55's reasonable control
• Any inaccuracies in odds, game results, or statistical data caused by third-party data providers
• Any financial loss resulting from the Member's own betting decisions

Where sag55's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, sag55's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of all claims arising in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to sag55 during the same period.

Termination

Either sag55 or the Member may terminate the Account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Termination by the Member: A Member may request account closure at any time by contacting sag55 support. Upon closure request, sag55 will process any remaining eligible balance in the Wallet to the Member's verified payment method, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met or the bonus balance has been forfeited.

Termination by sag55: sag55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 7
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Account inactivity — an Account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant; a monthly administrative fee may apply to dormant accounts as published on the Platform
• Regulatory or legal requirement to cease the account relationship

Upon termination for breach, sag55 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and any winnings generated through Prohibited Conduct. Verified real-money deposits that have not been wagered will be returned to the Member's verified payment method where legally permissible and not subject to an active investigation.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to sag55's operating jurisdiction. sag55 operates under an internationally recognized gaming license framework, and all platform operations are conducted in compliance with the applicable regulatory standards of that jurisdiction.

Members access the Platform from Indonesia at their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in Indonesia, including any laws relating to online gaming. sag55 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available for use in every location within Indonesia.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Member and sag55 shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by sag55's operating jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.

Amendments

sag55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sag55 will notify Members via the contact email address registered to their Account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure as described in Clause 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. sag55 recommends that Members review this page at least once every three months to remain informed of any updates.
